Steel Dynamics Veteran Program is designed to attract, retain, and develop former military personnel, National Guard, and Reserve veterans.

Objectives.

AG真人国际厅 will increase the diversity of our workforce through the development and implementation of the Veteran Program.

AG真人国际厅 support our team members who serve in the military and are proud to offer pay replacement for those on leave for training assignments or active duty assignments. If the amount you receive from the military during your leave is less than your base pay with Steel Dynamics, your pay will be at a minimum equal to the difference between your base pay at the time your military leave begins and the amount of pay you receive from the military during your leave.
